user_x2tvuo Thank you so much for reaching out for help with a payment extension/arrangement. Payment arrangements are managed in your Xfinity app or on Xfinity.com. To set one up if your account is eligible you would select the payment option to pay the past due amount. Once you the amount selected you would pick a date in the future to make your payment. A message would pop up letting you know if you are eligible you need to pay $XX.XX by XX/XX date to qualify. As long as you set up your payment with those terms you should be all set. If you services were already put on hold they would restore within an hour of the successful arrangement being set up.
