Bill wrong repeatedly!!!!

Ok so I am fuming right now!  First my Internet is down and I can’t get anyone here until tomorrow and I work from home.  Second I have spent hours on the phone trying to get my bills fixed for a few months now.  My Internet was supposed to have been $85 in July and I was charged $124 I believe.  The mobile bill is supposed to be $25 a month and I keep getting charged $85.  I was promised a refund weeks ago and haven’t seen a thing.  Can someone please fix this!?!?!?  The mobile bill is also incorrect STILL for next month!!!!!
