I understand that my bill is past due. I forgot to update the card. Is there a reason it went from $9.95 to $14.95?

Hey there, user_2sfr3b! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. Oh no, I recently did that with my card, and all the places to update can be a pain. It sounds like there was a change to the monthly billing rates for your services, and all the details of the changes can be found on the billing statements via the Xfinity App. Typically, you will see a billing notice on page 3-4 regarding the monthly change.
