Bill

I paid the bill but it was the mobile when I was really trying to pay my WiFi bill can I get the money to switch to the WiFi instead of the mobile bill ?

The residential services (TV, internet, phone) are handled separately in how they are billed, unfortunately, we would not be able to allocate a payment made to apply to your Xfinity Mobile account instead. Why am I being for a phone when it was canceled on March 4. 
I paid my bill of 245.00 and you 

you charge me another $29.

I see the new Bill out at it is $272. Why am I still being built for a phone that was disconnected at Barch at the end of my other contract.
