Bill

I’m seeing my bill raised by ten dollars . When I asked xfinity asst.  they tell me my paperless billing is off but I’m showing it’s on ?

I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to see your bill go up by $10, especially when you're showing that paperless billing is enabled on your account but were told otherwise by the Xfinity Assistant. There are a few reasons why a bill may increase, including changes to discounts, expired promotions, or billing preference updates. Are you also enrolled in Auto Pay with a bank account? The $10 monthly discount is typically tied to having both Paperless Billing and Auto Pay with a bank account enabled. If either feature is turned off, or if the Auto Pay method was changed from a bank account to a debit or credit card, the discount may no longer apply, which could explain the $10 increase.
