billed for services after cancellation

i cancelled services in june of this year but i still got a bill for the month following. naturally, i didn't pay it but now it says i have a late payment fee and i keep getting notices that my services have been disconnected due to nonpayment in august. i haven't had services or lived in this apartment since june, how do i make these charges go away?

That is definitely not the experience we want for you, and we are here to help. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address for that apartment. Once we have that information, we can take a look at your account and get this straightened out for you.
