Billing and Cancellation
Hi! I’ve been on hold to connect with the billing department for over an hour and can’t stay on the line any longer. I really need to resolve an outstanding bill and cancel my service (I moved to an area without xfinity coverage) before I get charged again. I have tried canceling my service via the live agent multiple times but am always faced to call customer support but am never connected! Please help. Thank you!
