billing and charge continues after service cancellation

Hi, I canceled my xfinity account on July 7. Yet, on July 24, a payment was drawn from my bank account for the billing period from July 5 to August 4. I called customer support multiple times and each time was assured that my account has been canceled. And yet I am still getting charged and just receive a bill for the upcoming month, as if no cancellation has taken place. Can you please help!

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with being charged and still receiving bills after you cancelled service. We can look into your concerns further to confirm that your services were disconnected and address any billing issues.
