Billing, and website
Can't add tags.
Wifi has been paid in full every month on time if not early, including this month, but it's saying I owe that still and that next month the bill will be double what I usually pay. I have been having connection issues all last month and was blaming it on the storm but was wrong because it's only gotten worse. I see there is an outage in my area that's really severe but it's been happening for a month, and I'm not about to pay again for something 1. Already paid for and 2. Not even working properly
