Sorry I hit post inadvertently. My automated payment was completed appropriately but Xfinity somehow did not post it and I’ve been charged a late fee. I have all the bank statements and proof but I’m unable to get this straightened out with customer service. I’ve tried several different times. I need to speak with someone who has the authority to help resolve this. I do not intend to pay a late fee for something that was not late.
