Why did my bill suddenly increase?
No warning, no nothing
It seems like one has to get an act of congress to get a live person on the line!
My GOODNESS!
This is terrible how Xfinity treats its customers.
Going to the local store is worse because it seems that all one needs is a 3rd grade education to work there! Terrible service in person as well.
