Billing discount text
Is this real or fake?
[Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] Deposited a new message:
"Hello, this voicemail is from Comcast Xfinity. Your current 50% discount on your monthly bill will expire by the end of the day. To maintain your reduced rate, call the number on your caller ID immediately. This is your final reminder to act. Call back now. Thank you."

@user_2vwjq2 That has been reported previously that it is not from Xfinity. I would be happy to review the account for a new discount. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account. You can also set up the services directly from the website.
Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message

It's a scam. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/target-gift-card-scam-beware-they-are-good/6785304bec3cb6282636396d for a description of what happens if you fall for it.
