Billing [Edited]

Hi my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have nails salon, my business name is TOP NAILS AND SPA at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have 5 mobile phones lines. We traveled to Vietnam and we bought E-sim with data in Vietnam for using data, call… We already turned off the Xfinity data . My daughter just used eSIM in Vietnam instead of Xfinity data. When my daughter used Vietnamese eSIM card and Xfinity SIM card was inside the phone as a secondary line ( or active dual-SIM) and “Data Roaming “ was not turned off in the phone’s settings, the phone secretly downloaded background data( app updates, emails, ICloud syncs) over Vietnamese cellular networks. Xfinity charged a staggering pay-as-you-go rate of 0.30 per MB, which translates to roughly $300 per GB. A teenager’s phone can easily use 60 GB of background data in a month without making a single call. As a child, my daughter is 15 years old did not understand and know that would be charged. The $18000 bill generated by automated system is completely exorbitant and creates an extreme financial hardship for my family.we never received an alert message to notify my daughter used too much data . Xfinity said they sent alert message but we did not any alert message. If we had used Xfinity’s global travel pass , the cost would be $300 for 30 days . This was an honest , first time mistake by a minor. I would like to apply the daily travel rate, bringing the bill down to a reasonable amount so I can resolve and pay this . I really need to get my case to Xfinity’s Executive Resolution Team and help us solve the problem. My daughter said she never used the Xfinity’s data. She just used Vietnamese eSIM or Wi-Fi . Please review and give my daughter a one-time courtesy waiver. Thank you so much. Ticket #: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
