Billing error

Internet bill increased erroneously. Impossible to speak to live person. Automated agent is no help. Please put me in touch with a live agent without a wait time or I will change providers.

I am sorry to hear about the recent increase on the bill and it would by my pleasure to dive into this to see what caused it. To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address? 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

After 2 hours of waiting, instead of addressing my concern about an erroneous bill, Xfinity sent me this boilerplate response: “Thank you so much for sending that over and for working with us through this. We will do our best to provide you with our top offers. Can you please tell us more about your internet usage in the home to make sure the plans we offer will meet your homes needs?”

Xfinity is a total joke.

After more than 3 hours of waiting, the customer service person is now asking me if I have claimed my Xfinity rewards. Why won’t they just address the error in billing, which is the reason I am contacting them?
