Billing error

I was so very pleased with the assistance we received here regarding our account after a move. Until we received the first bill. We were charged  for a month’s worth of cable service at our old address, 1 month after we moved! How do we resolve this?

Hello, @user_f096dr it is normal to see a balance transfer from the previous account to the new account after you move your service. Do you see a separate bill for services at the previous address? Or do you have a balance transfer on your billing statement?
