Billing for Internet Service

I agree with a lot of the posts in this community forum.  I have been fighting with keeping my bill at the rate agreed to because your company keeps increasing the amount every couple months.  I then have to call back and as so many have said it takes forever to get a human on the phone.  When they do, they lie to you about fixing the issue.  I was supposed to get a credit because Xfinity arbitrarily increased my monthly fee even though 4-5 months ago I was supposed to get into a new contract for a year...it only lasted 4-5 months, then the increase came back.  I was supposed to get a credit, but that has not shown up and the agreed upon monthly fee has now ONCE AGAIN increased.  I will find a way to file a complaint with governmental agencies so that these deceptive practices and stealing money stops.  This company should be banned from operating in this state.  [Edited: "Solicitation"] I will  be moving to this service because I am fed up with this company.
