billing help, 34+ years, same address, ready to leave

I tried calling 1800 xfinity, after 10+ minutes, the ai finally hung up on me, refuses to let me talk to a human.  Why would I call? Last November 2024, my bill was $244, Jan 2025 and thereafter it is over $300.  I simply can not pay that much. Options: T mobile has a nice package, many more premium services (that I actually don't care about), locked in for 2 years, $245 including taxes, no install fee. AT&T fiber has nice packages as well, especially since my 3 phones are through them. (no, my phone bill has not gone up in over 6 years, I'm not switching)  Now that I don't have a locked contract with xfinity (as they have expired), what are my best options? I'm not interacting with a mickey mouse chat bot, if I have to go to a store to talk to someone, I will have my equipment in hand, and will be my last conversation.  grrrr how they treat the people who built them.

Just an update, DM worked (although took 4+ hours of messaging, seems xfinity has a rather small staff of customer service help.).  Did get me into a plan saving a bit, but for my very light use I still feel it is much too high. I have to get 1G plan, and my pc probably max can do 200mb. Considering Comcast NET profit for 2024 was 16B, really disappointed in customer relations. I'll use my next 24 months to educate myself on options. I do want to thank the xfinity staff, it's not your fault.
