Billing help

Ordered cable box  never activated it/hooked it up   Tried to return for weeks  no one would help  finally drove to another state to send it back UPS   Now being billed for cable service i never used/activated   $128  im on fixed income senior  about ready to file complaints with FCC  BBB and anyone else i can file with!  “Chat “ agents  just keep trying to sell me NEW plan! Wont fix bogus charges

When you returned your equipment, did you also contact us to remove the service associated with it? If not, this would explain why you were still charged.

Yes  the service that was NEVER activated was canceled   Fiked complaint with FCC   Got a call from a guy  said he fixed it  said just pay $49.30 this month (sept ‘25) no matter what bill says   New bill says  i owe $141   Pay to “ avoid service interruption” still has cable services listed!  Xfinity billing is so messed up it isnt even funny   Im going to call “ ramy” back and let him know about new bill   If they shut off my internet  im going to file complaints and talk to an attorney   Are they dojng this to all senior citizens? Hoping to scare us into paying for service we never had??
