Billing Information/Scam Questions

I have an automatic payment plan with xfinity that has been running smoothly since I got it in June. Yesterday, I received texts that I have past due payments, and my billing statement has added on several charges for things I can’t understand and did not agree to purchasing. I absolutely need to speak to a representative, NOT ai bot. I’ve tried calling and messaging but it is so useless.

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill is a great tool to reference on how to view your detailed PDF billing statements for the last 12 months, this will give you access to the detailed bills page by page to show all the charges you have on your account and what they're exactly for.

 Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message you further?
