Billing is not right.

I got the next bill stated as $70 for the sports & news TV package which I canceled on Jan.9th.

I should not get any fee in the billing.

user_ytjlvq I completely understand how frustrating it is to see a charge for something you’ve already taken the time to cancel. It definitely sounds like there’s a timing gap between when you made that change on January 9th and when this latest statement was generated, but I’d be happy to clear that up for you!

I’ll take a look at the account right now to make sure the cancellation went through correctly and confirm exactly what your corrected balance should be.
