Billing Issue and Payment Reversal
I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding my recent bill. I previously made a payment of $250 to clear my balance, and at the time, my account showed as paid. However, I now see a notice of a payment reversal and a new bill for $363, which is both confusing and unacceptable.
I would like a clear explanation as to:
- Why my payment was reversed without notification.
- Why I am being billed such a high amount after I had already settled my balance.
I am extremely disappointed with this situation, as I have been a paying customer and expect transparency and accuracy in billing. Please review my account immediately and provide clarification, as well as a resolution, so this matter can be corrected as soon as possible.
