Billing issue

I paid what I was asked to pay a couple weeks ago. As of this morning I was disconnected saying I now owe more money. I’m a single dad getting paid monthly I can only pay once a month. Now my kid is stuck having to go to the library to take his exam cause our service was disconnected. I’ve had enough. Bill kept going up no problem but this is the final straw. I will be returning all equipment and switching to a new provider.
