Billing Issue
Hello; I'm trying to get some erroneous charges removed off of my current bill statement. I am a new customer, and I was sent new equipment because the original Gateway modem I got with my plan was delivered to the wrong address. It took me about two weeks to actually get sent another one, but I was charged for a new order every time I asked (which was about 3 times before the order was actually placed properly by someone). I'm glad to finally have my internet set up, but I noticed I have approximately 75 dollars in one-time fees now for the orders that I never got. The agent I talked to on the site a few days ago told me that they'd have the charges removed within 30-45 minutes, but its been over half a week now and they are still on my current bill statement. If someone could help me I'd appreciate it a lot. I'm a bit frustrated that I always have to contact support multiple times to deal with issues, but I understand that these things happen, so please just get back to me as soon as its convenient. Thank you!
