Billing issue

Before switching my cell phone service from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile, I asked an Xfinity representative (via Xfinity's official chat/text support) whether I would still be responsible for the remaining device balance owed to Verizon on my phones. I stated explicitly that if I would owe Verizon anything, I would not proceed with the switch.

The representative repeatedly avoided answering directly, at one point falsely claiming that no payment was required because the phones were "already unlocked" (unlocking a phone and an outstanding device balance are unrelated issues). I told the representative twice not to proceed until my question was answered. I then asked directly: "So Verizon will not bill me for the remainder of the phone balances (ever), and you can confirm this?" The representative replied: "Yes."

Relying on this explicit written confirmation, I proceeded with the switch (Xfinity order #3721670293638361671). I have saved screenshots of this entire conversation with timestamps.

I am now being billed $1,803.19 by Verizon for the remaining device balance on my phones — directly contradicting what I was told in writing before I switched.

I am requesting that Xfinity Mobile either:
1. Confirm and apply a switcher promotion/bill-credit program that reimburses this balance, with clear instructions for submitting my final Verizon bill, or
2. Issue a bill credit or direct payment covering the full $1,803.19 Verizon balance, consistent with the explicit assurance I was given before switching.

I have documentation of this exchange and am prepared to escalate to the FCC if this is not resolved.

Desired resolution: Refund/credit of $1,803.19, or written confirmation of a program that reimburses this amount.

I need a copy of several past statements.  Why is there no where to find that.  On the main screen CLICKING on the MANAGE ACCOUNT doesn't even respond, there are no links and I there isn't a billing screen that allows me to print out a past bill to do my research for a missing credit payment before I call.

user_n1fxh5 to print a billing statement, please sign in to your Xfinity account and navigate to Billing > Statement History. Select the statement you'd like to view, open the PDF version, and use the print option in your browser or PDF viewer. Please note that, for account security, access to billing statements is typically limited to the Primary User or an authorized Manager on the account. Here is a link that will also help you:
