Billing issues !!!! Again
My account is closed and I still have a bill that I do not owe . I have not used Xfinity internet since before June 2026 .. there is no way I owe anything . I paid my last bill in July . I called 3 times before they actually Disconneyed my services for some reason and that’s ridiculous.
Account number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
I called the Beginning of June the 1st time and disconnected the services, but instead, I got somebody that kept trying to talk me into keeping the service when I was plainly trying to disconnect!!!! they did not do this. Then I called again on July 7 to have a disconnected and the same exact thing happened. I was told it would be taken care of and no one did it. Finally, I called back last week and talked to somebody and they disconnected my services but for some reason, I still have a bill which is more than my actual monthly bill when I have the service. I paid my last bill in July. I do not owe Xfinity a cent. They plainly see I did not use the Internet in June or July 2026 and I know you can see my usage. Our Internet has been disconnected or not in use for two months from Xfinity. I’m tired of calling and getting the runaround. No offense, but most of the people do not speak English and when I try to explain things it’s like talking for nothing. I explained to him plainly that I paid my last bill in July and I don’t owe anything and he still didn’t fix anything, and this was the third time I called. I’m tired of dealing with the people there I need help. I work a job Monday through Friday from eight in the morning till sometime six at night I don’t have time to keep calling Xfinity

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
