Billing issues. Stolen device

Ordered smartwatch. Didnt receive it, but now im being charged for it. Agent didnt help me at all. Never switch to this joke company

Ive been on 2 separate customer service phone calls and your agents are useless. I recorded both of those phone calls and will be looking for more people who got [Edited: "Language"] by your company and will be taking legal action

Oh no, that sounds incredibly frustrating! If you were charged for a smartwatch that you never received, we definitely want to make sure this gets resolved for you. Have you had a chance to check the tracking details to see if it was marked as delivered? If not, we may need to look into a lost or stolen device claim. If it was never shipped, that's another issue entirely.
