Billing Issues

I am receiving two expensive bills for both phone and for internet. Why are they not bundled and costing me less? $160 monthly is super expensive for both combined.

user_c9a73d Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I understand your concern about the cost of your combined phone and internet bills. I apologize if you feel that the pricing isn't reflective of the value you're receiving. I'd like to take a closer look at your accounts to see if there are any ways to reduce your billing. However, these two services do not something that has the same account number and can be put on one monthly bill. 
 
To help locate your account could you please send me a direct message with your full name and service address?

Oh man, @user_c9a73d! Here are the instructions on how to send us a DM:

 

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
