Billing issues

I want to know why I wasn't informed at my contract was about to end and I will be charged to extra $30.

I understand how important it is to keep bills within a budget, and a $30.00 increase would definitely strain my budget as well. We do print notices on your billing statement when your agreements are going to expire and what discount will expire with it. A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
