Billing issues

I called customer service yesterday to have a $12 charge for Paramount that I had canceled removed.  I got nothing but the runaround. I was offered a new plan for almost 2x my regular monthly amount. When I said no, she continued to offer plans that I did not want, finally she agreed to my demands, I thought, instead she added more charges that I did not see when she asked that I agree. I called the response team. She agreed to fix my plan only if I signed a new contract.  I refused. She refused to fix my plan if I did not. I asked to speak to a subervisor she refused. I said that I was going to cancel Xfinity completely. She said I had to wait 1 month to do so. I have been with Xfinity for over 31 years. Today I got 2 new orders for different amounts that had added charges I did not authorize.  I cannot believe you treat customers like this. I want this fixed.. I see that you do not want my business. I am disgusted!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I have not heard from anyone regarding my problem, I was asked to supply some personal info, which I did. I need help pronto.
