Billing Issues
I called in the Xfinity for Voice phone. The customer person I spoke with was only interested in increasing my monthly payment. I asked him to transfer me to tech support which he stated he was tech. He said he could lower my monthly payments. The confirmation email he sent three time didn’t open. Next he said let’s do automated and on prompt 1. The next I decided to look at my account which showed my payment increase by 40.00 dollars. I called again next day spoke with someone who only gave me credit stating I couldn’t revert to my previous package. I realize the people only only out to get money for Comcast. My phone is still dropping calls. Within two days you can’t change your plan back. I think because I am a senior citizen he could take advantage.
This is beyond bad business practice.
