billing issues-price increase
For one y'all really need to do a better job of notifying customers when their promo is ending. Every single time it comes up it's such a hassle and a headache speaking with your overseas reps who lets face it .. are absolutely no help at all. I get the run around every single time until I threaten to cancel and they magically find me a better deal.
On to the issue. My bill jumped up to $79 which I cannot afford. I'm currently unemployed and can barely pay my bills. Called customer service. After 20 some minutes of talking in circles. They found a $40 promo which is great. However the bill already went through and my account is saying I owe $79. The rep only wanted to try and upsell me on free cellphone service for a year and then something about paying $90 and after that my bill would go down to the $40. I'm so incredibly sick and tired of dealing with the chat bots, the AI and the overseas reps.
I just want to pay $40 a month and be done with this [Edited: "Personal Information"] for the next 5 years.
Help a broke lady out please.
