Billing Question : Xfinity Mobile : Excess Charges for Mobile Device

Hi Team, 

I have been charged extra of $45 in the current billing and previous billing cycle. This upgraded plan was given "Unlimited Plan for the number [Edited: "Personal Information"]", I have done the trade-in with Iphone 13 Pro which device has shipped and delivered at your end. However, the charges has been billed $45 on my current device. I request you to review the plan and update the plan accordingly.  Complaint Reference No : [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello, @user_liuws6 we will get you all the information you need about your Xfinity Mobile bill. Send us a direct message, so we can answer all your questions! You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
