Billing question

Hello, I have a question about my bill. I switched to a new Internet plan on July 1, but the bill for this month hasn’t been updated. Is there a way to update the bill?

@hk_9034  That is a great question! The odds are you changed your plan after that bill generated. We aren't able to reprint or update the bill, what would happen is you would see a prorated credit on the following billing statement. I'm happy to take a look and make sure that's what happened. Please send us a DM with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_ht6418 Credits on your cable account would not be able to be transferred to a mobile account at this time. Any credits on account would go toward your next billing statement or if the account is closed it would be refunded to you. If the refund attempt fails to process successfully to the last payment method, the credit balance will be refunded by check using automated processes. Checks will be issued in the name of the account holder and mailed to the bill-to address within 30 days from the date of the completed disconnection.

Hello hairtrigger our Xfinity bill statement does provide a brief description for one-time charges. Were you able to see this on the online or paper statements?
