@hk_9034 That is a great question! The odds are you changed your plan after that bill generated. We aren't able to reprint or update the bill, what would happen is you would see a prorated credit on the following billing statement. I'm happy to take a look and make sure that's what happened. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

I have a credit for $168.70 pm my Xfinity internet and TV account . Can I apply that to my Xfinity Mobile account?
