And you've come to the right place :) Our team is awesome to work with, and I would be more than happy to clarify what you need to know. We generally bill in advance, and if you are enrolled in Automatic Payments, today's charge may have been based on your most recent statement if it was generated before you changed your plan. And if that is the case, your next bill should reflect the new plan along with any proration (partial credit) based on the change you made mid-cycle. To confirm your billing cycle, I highly recommend viewing the full statement(s) online. Here's how:
