Hello my bill this last statement was 78 dollars, the month previous i paid 62 dollars and some cents. Can you tell me why there was a 16 dollar increase?

Thanks for reaching out, 100060! You may have had a promotion roll off of your account, or recently made a change causing a prorated credit on the previous billing cycle. Have you made any plan changes recently? Also, you can always check your Xfinity billing statement history that will outline any changes between billing cycles.
