Billing question

If I cancel my internet plan in the middle of the month, do I still have to pay for the whole month?

We bill a month in advance for internet services, so usually you are already into the month we've billed for. However, if you were to stop services, any prorated adjustment would be applied back to your account for days that haven't been used.
