Billing randomly increased!

I just opened the email containing my next due payment and was absolutely taken aback to see that my bill randomly went up $30.00!!!  I was never once informed of a price increase until this moment!   I could understand if it was a smaller increase of $5-$10 but $30.00 is absolutely ridiculous! I, as well as plenty of other people, am in the circumstance where budgeting is a must for our limited pay, and an unexpected increase of that amount is absolutely appalling!

Typically, these increases are due to a promotion rolling off, and it goes to everyday pricing. We can certainly take a look into the account together to go through all details of your account.
