Billing refund check
I think your automated system of refunds for bill credits is broken.
On January 10, 2025, I canceled the upgrades that I had added and rolled back to our bulk contract package. I was told a credit would be issued. On the Februrary bill, there was a credit. I assumed that a refund check would be mailed to me. I waited until March, and still didn't see a refund check.
I did a chat on March 11, 2025 with a support representative that said he could take care of that. He requested information, which I provided. He assured me that I would recieve a check within 3-4 weeks.
Well, here it is, July 30, 2025, and I haven't seen or heard anything from Xfinity, except for my monthy bill, that shows you still owe me $54.36.
Where do I send a complaint letter?
