Broken payment agreement

Was told that I broke a payment arrangement for paying 3 days early. The system tried to charge a different card on the 13th even though the bill was paid on the 10th. So because of that the computer won't give me an extension until tomorrow and saying I broke the agreement

@bonz0912 The Xfinity Assistant is the only system that has a way to restore services when they are interrupted due carrying a past due payment. If there are any changes that need to be made to the payment arrangement, they need to be handled through the Xfinity Assistant. If no changes are made through that system the updates will not effect the payment arrangement and its functionality. Once the past due amount is paid, service is typically restored within a few minutes.
