Build for mobile during free promotional period
I signed up for the $45 a month for five years plus one year free mobile promotion. One month out into the promotion I’m now getting charged $69 plus a month for the past two months. I’m getting the runaround at customer service so now I’ll have to go into the store. Is anyone else having this issue?
