Cancel Disney Plus

I have subscribed TWICE to Disney Plus and I want to cancel it. I CANNOT do it online via Disney Plus website. Please don't tell me to try to create an account at DisneyPlus site. That's how I ended up with two charges on my bill now. I can't do it from the app on my TV either bc it makes me log in to an account that tells me I don't have a subscription.
