Cancel Internet not working EVEN AFTER CALLBACK

Recently at 9/29 11:30 am I did a call back to cancel my internet service. They told me and confirmed that my plan would be cancelled just in case i asked them 3 TIMES!!!!!. They gave me the confirmation on call saying that my service would end september 30th. But I am getting charged for october payment. If this is the case what should I do I have to cancel my service since I am moving out of town...... THIS IS INSANE.

As we do bill a month ahead often times that bill would have generated before you placed the disconnect order. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
