cancel my plan

I need to cancel my plan effective immediately. Your phone agents, on a recorded line, tried to con me in to signing up for a 5 year contract against my consent. I refused, so they hung up on me. If this does not get resolved immediately I will be contacting a lawyer.

Changes should only be made after discussing them with you full, you wanting to proceed, and then through our order approval process where we send you the order in a text or email to review and approve. The new 5 year plans do not require any agreements. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
