If you have an X1 TV Box or Flex/Xumo Stream Box, you can cancel Paramount Plus by going to Settings > Apps & Subscription Management, then select Paramount Plus. From there, you would just need to select Change Plan > Unsubscribe, then Unsubscribe again to confirm. If you are not seeing the Paramount+ under your subscriptions, it could be that it would be signed up directly with Paramount+ and I would suggest reaching out to them directly.
