Cancel Service
I'm moving at the end of the week and unfortunately Xfinity doesn't offer services at my new home. With that, I'm looking to cancel my services. I'm tight on time due to the move, so I really would prefer to be able to cancel my services online, but I haven't found a good way to do that yet. Any help would be much appreciated!

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
