AmandaB did NOT resolve my problem!

I spent nearly 40 minutes online working on this matter, both publicly and privately with AmandaB. After telling me she could help me, she asked why I was canceling. I explained, and then she GHOSTED ME!?! I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied, and disgusted with how this initially kind person treated a senior citizen. 
And I STILL need to cancel my service 🤬
