Cancel service/refund/return equipment

This is the worst experience ive ever had with a company.  There is no customer service.  I started a pre paid NOW account because I moved into a new house.  There is no coax outlet in the home.  I tried to call tech support to get one installed.  You cant even talk to anyone.  Its impossible.  I want a refund of $45.  I want this canceled. I want to return the equipment.  The Xfinity store was completely useless. I am going to report this charge as fraud to my credit card company.
