Cancel Subscription
I will be reporting to BBB if my plan is not cancelled, for two months my wifi hasn't worked and instead of offering a voucher or something ive paid for two months of useless wifi I switched to a different carrier and xfinity would not let me cancel. I will not pay anymore than when i spoke to an agent and asked them to cancel. There is no reason i need to schedule a callback to cancel a service I no longer want then the next abvailable callback is 4 days away. I will escalate this situation. I don't want xfinity. Horrible experience!!!
