Cancel WiFi pass now

Plz cancel my wifi pass ,I have internet ,with a modium  now. Spoke to one of your representatives several days ago.  Confirming my cancelation

As far as your NOW Wifi pass, you would want to follow the link in your email for the autorenew if you do receive it to cancel your automatic payment which would totally cancel the services. You can find all the details here. You would want to follow the link in your emails for any details regarding the NOW Wifi Pass.

We are limited on access to make the changes with your NOW Wifi Pass, @user_1e8tu6. I would recommend following the links within your emails with the Wifi pass, and it will allow you to cancel the autorenew. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!
