Cancel Xfinity Service

I am moving 08/16 and Xfinity does not cover my new address. I need to cancel my service for the day after I move out 08/17. I try to schedule a callback but the site does not load and won't let me schedule anything. Please cancel my services or help me actually cancel myself.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do hate to lose you as a customer but understand when it comes to moving to a location where the services can't be brought to.

 

Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address and I'll help you get your account disconnected.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
